*കോഴിക്കോട് ജില്ലാ കളക്ടറുടെ ഇന്റേൺഷിപ് പ്രോഗ്രാം (DCIP) 2022 ഡിസംബർ - 2023 ഏപ്രിൽ ബാച്ചിലേക്കുള്ള അപേക്ഷകൾ ക്ഷണിക്കുന്നു.*
Applications are invited for selection to the 2022 December – 2023 April batch of the District Collector’s Internship Programme (DCIP).
ബിരുദധാരികളായ യുവതീ യുവാക്കൾക്ക് ജില്ലാ ഭരണകൂടത്തോടൊപ്പം ജില്ലയിലെ വിവിധ വികസന, സാമൂഹ്യക്ഷേമ പദ്ധതികളിൽ പ്രവർത്തിക്കാനുള്ള അവസരമാണ് ജില്ലാ കല്കടറുടെ ഇന്റേർൺഷിപ്പ് പ്രോഗ്രാം.
പൊതുഭരണ സംവിധാനങ്ങളെ അടുത്തറിയാൻ അവസരം നൽകികൊണ്ട് സർക്കാർ പദ്ധതികളിലും വികസന പരിപാടികളിലും പദ്ധതി ആസൂത്രണ ഘട്ടം മുതൽക്ക് തന്നെ സജീവ യുവജന പങ്കാളിത്തം ഉറപ്പുവരുത്തി കുടുതൽ കാലികവും ക്രിയാത്മകവുമായ മുന്നേറ്റം സാധ്യമാക്കുക എന്നതാണ്‌ പരിപാടിയുടെ ലക്ഷ്യം. പാർശ്വവൽക്കരിക്കപ്പെട്ട വിവിധ സാമൂഹ്യവിഭാഗങ്ങളുടെ പ്രശ്നങ്ങളെ മനസ്സിലാക്കി കൊണ്ട് ക്രിയാത്മകമായ ഇടപെടലുകൾ നടത്താൻ അവസരം ലഭിക്കുന്നത് വഴി കൂടുതൽ വിശാലവും കരുണാർദ്രവുമായ ജീവിതവീക്ഷണമുള്ള സാമൂഹ്യപ്രതിബദ്ധരായ യുവജനസമൂഹത്തെ വാർത്തെടുക്കാൻ പരിപാടി മുഖാന്തിരം സാധിക്കുന്നു. വിവിധ സർക്കാർ പദ്ധതികളെ വിശകലനം ചെയ്യാൻ അവസരമൊരുക്കുക വഴി വിമർശനാത്മകമായി വിഷയങ്ങളെ സമീപിക്കുവാനും, പ്രശ്ന പരിഹാരത്തിനുള്ള കഴിവ് ആർജ്ജിക്കുന്നതിനും യുവജനങ്ങളെ സഹായിക്കും വിധമാണ്‌ പരിപാടി ക്രമീകരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളത്.
നിപ പ്രതിരോധത്തിലും മഹാ പ്രളയത്തിന്റെ അനിതരസാധാരണമായ അതിജീവന പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങളിലും കോവിഡ് മഹാമാരിക്കെതിരായ പ്രതിരോധപ്രവർത്തനങ്ങളിലുമെല്ലാം നിർണ്ണായക പങ്കാണ്‌ DCIP ഇന്റേർൺസ് വഹിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളത്. യുവ ജനങ്ങളുടെ വ്യക്തിത്വ വികസനത്തിനും ഗുണപരമായ ജീവിത വീക്ഷണം വളർത്തിയെടുക്കുന്നതിനും കഴിയുന്നതെന്ന് ചുരുങ്ങിയ കാലം കൊണ്ടു തന്നെ തെളിയിക്കാൻ ഈ പരിപാടിക്ക് സാധിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.

District Collector’s Internship Programme (DCIP) is an unpaid multidisciplinary internship programme offered by the District Administration, Kozhikode, to facilitate the development of a compassionate and responsible civil society.
DCIP is a unique programme to involve enterprising youngsters in participatory governance. Practically, the idea is to make young people active participants in the process of tackling developmental challenges faced by the community through an internship with the government system. The programme also aims to give interns direct exposure to the functioning of the Public System. The interns will be involved in projects that can be challenging and will require them to use their expertise and knowledge contextually. Through their association with the District Administration, the interns will thus be armed with an understanding of various policy issues and will find themselves developing the ability to plan solutions and implement them. In return, what awaits the interns is the promise of holistic development, a transformation from merely existing to living with purpose. The contribution of Interns in the extraordinary fight against the Nipah outbreak, Flood rescue activities and Covid Pandemic being the epitome of such a concept.
DCIP is a full time, non-stipendiary internship for four months.
The selected Interns will be working on the following areas:
● Developing citizen-centric governance
● To accelerate Citizen participation
● Awareness & Adoption Campaigns
● Co-creation & Co-design programmes to engage Citizens & various stakeholders in Kozhikode District
● Development of Technological solutions
● Ideation & Feedback on Programmes and campaigns
